    • $29.65 per hour base rate (Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 6:00pm)

    Additional Information:
    • These roles are permanent, part-time 40 hrs/fortnight).
    • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday). This role requires availability to work shift between 6am-10pm.

    About this work area

    As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
    • Hand out Click & Collect orders, organise deliveries, and resolve order-related issues.
    • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
    • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
    • Using different types of machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
    • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.



    As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you are, or you have:
