Job description
We are looking for Accounting & Reporting Manager, who will lead both the business and the people in the Accounting & Reporting team. To ensure a competent and motivated Accounting & Reporting team, to timely deliver accurate financial information for both interrnal and external stakeholders, and continuously look for opportunities to improve the way we work.

Financial Reporting Stewardship
- Own end-to-end accounting, reporting, compliance, and financial governance for assigned entities.
- Secure timely and accurate internal and external financial reporting, in compliance with IIG group policy and China accounting standards and other applicable regulations
Leadership & Capability
- Lead and develop the Accounting & Reporting team to ensure high quality performance and succession readiness.
- Drive a high-performance culture through effective resource planning, performance management, and capability development.
Transformation & Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and finance transformation initiatives across processes and systems.
- Lead and support finance transformation initiatives, system initiatives, system implementations, and process redesign projects.
Risk & Compliance
- Act as the key owner for audit, internal control, and compliance matters, ensuring risks are identified and mitigated effectively.
- Provide expert accounting guidance on complex transactions and regulatory changes.
- Responsible for developing the working methods and working instructions, to secure well designed internal control and processes to assure the company's interest are safeguarded
Business Partnership
- Influence key stakeholders and support business decisions through professional accounting expertise and financial insights.
- Partner with local and global finance stakeholders to ensure alignment on accounting treatments, reporting requirements, and business priorities.

Qualification
About You
You are an experienced accounting and reporting professional who combines strong financial expertise with a passion for leading and developing people. You bring a broad understanding of accounting, financial reporting, compliance and internal controls, ideally gained in a large and international organization.
You enjoy taking ownership, creating structure and driving continuous improvement. You are curious by nature, eager to understand the details as well as the bigger picture, and motivated by finding efficient solutions that create value for the business. You thrive in a changing environment and are comfortable balancing operational excellence with long-term development.
As a leader, you build trust through openness, collaboration and clear direction. You enjoy helping others grow and creating an environment where people can perform, learn and contribute together. Strong communication skills, an analytical mindset and the ability to build relationships across functions and organizational boundaries are key to succeeding in this role.
