    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Build loyalty by ensuring customers have a positive final touchpoint during the IKEA shopping experience
    • Provides an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store
    • Offers additional products and services such as home delivery, credit card, and IKEA Family card
    • Resolves customer concerns independently to meet their unique needs and expectations
    • Provides friendly, safe, and efficient car loading and unloading services

    JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time
    BENEFITS ELIGIBLE? Yes
    HOURS – 12-20 hours per week. Must at least be able to work Tuesdays to Thursdays from 3:00PM to 10:30PM and must have complete open working availability on Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays from 9:00AM to 10:30PM.

    The hourly pay rate for this role is $19.50

    Qualifications:

    • 1 year customer service/sales experience in a retail environment preferred
    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    The starting rate/ salary for this position is 19.5 USD
