    Your responsibilities

    • Develop, manage, and execute the marketing strategy for Avion Shopping Park Ostrava.
    • Identify local customer segments and map their customer journey across both online and offline touchpoints.
    • Ensure consistent, relevant, and engaging brand communication while continuously improving the overall customer experience.
    • Support new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with customers, partners, and local communities.
    • Design, implement, and innovate customer services that enhance convenience and create memorable visitor experiences.
    • Collaborate with the Meeting Place Manager to define commercial objectives, marketing strategy, and budget plans.
    • Create and manage the commercial and marketing calendar, including loyalty programs, campaigns, and social media activities.
    • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and customer touchpoints to identify improvement opportunities.
    • Gather and assess customer feedback from both online and offline channels and translate insights into actions that improve meeting place performance.
    • Conduct regular local market research and identify opportunities to increase customer satisfaction, footfall, and commercial results.
