    • Secure the customer experience assignment, strategy implementation and responsibility for its performance.
    • Lead the customer team and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure a rewarding customer experience.
    • Analyse and ensure performance standards of the team are met and corrective actions are implemented to ensure an excellent customer experience.
    • Lead the process of onboarding, training and development of the competence of co-workers.
    • Ensure meeting of customer expectation with maximum impact by ensuring continuous follow up of experiences.

    The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 58,960 CAD to 81,070 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
