We are excited to announce the launch of our second physical Customer Meeting Point (CMP) in Delhi — a Small Store located in a key high potential cluster in the heart of Delhi - South Central!
Following the successful opening of IKEA Pacific in West Delhi, this centrally located store marks a key stepping stone in strengthening our market penetration and becoming more accessible to our customers across the city.
Together, both stores will deliver a seamless omnichannel shopping experience, help us build a strong and loyal customer base, and lay the foundation for future expansion across Delhi NCR and Northern India.
    Who you are
    • You are inspired by IKEA’s culture and values and have a passion for food and people’s everyday life at home.
    • You are sales-driven, always striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance their experience.
    • You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are motivated by continuous improvement and innovation.
    • You have strong communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships.
    • You possess planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
    • You have experience working in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
    • You are self-reliant, self-motivated, and can work both independently and as part of a team.

    Your responsibilities

    • Ensure a safe, healthy, delicious, sustainable, affordable, and joyful food experience for customers.
    • Act as a brand ambassador for IKEA and IKEA Retail Food.
    • Implement global and national compliance standards to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
    • Apply retail foundations and sales steering tools to optimize commerciality.
    • Seek and act upon customer feedback to continuously improve the food experience.
    • Take initiative and responsibility in daily operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Contribute to the implementation of the unit business plan and the IKEA Retail Food business plan.
    • Support the global and national sustainability strategies through food operations.

    Together as a team

Thanks to us, customers, co-workers and people at home can have a better everyday life through food that’s good for both people and planet. Together we serve more than 660 million customers yearly at the IKEA restaurants worldwide, underlining our Scandinavian heritage by offering a modern taste of Sweden. We also offer a variety of foods in our bistros and in the “Swedish Food market”. We are a diverse group of people who all live by the motto: Laughter is brightest in the place where the food is!
Studies show that members of underrepresented communities don't apply for jobs unless they're 100% "qualified". If this is part of the reason you hesitate to apply, we like you to reconsider and give it a chance. Maybe your profile fits our needs much better than you think. We look forward to receiving your application.
