Inter IKEA Group brings together three core businesses: Franchise, Range and Supply. Together we work constantly to improve the IKEA home furnishing offer and make it more accessible for the many people. You will be part of IKEA Supply and the Supply Chain Development (SCD) organisation. IKEA Supply is responsible for securing that the product offer is produced and delivered to our customers. We lead the supply agenda across many functions and work together with all business areas, different business units, but also retail markets to secure customer availability in all markets and sales channels at lowest total cost.

Together, we create a workplace where everyone feels free to be themselves – to experiment, try new ways, and dare to ask, “What if…?” We believe in everyday personal growth and offer the opportunity to develop your career globally. At IKEA we have a vibrant culture where ideas are heard, where there is opportunity to learn new skills and where the goal always is "to create a better everyday life for the many people". We give down-to-earth, straightforward people the possibility to grow, both as individuals and in their professional roles. We offer this position in a fast paced, truly global environment with an endless supply of challenges and development opportunities.

    Job description

We are looking for someone who will be contributing and be part of the team that actively implements the agenda for information security and data privacy for IKEA Supply. The main area of focus of this role will be cyber security. As part of the Supply Information Security and Data Privacy (ISDP) team, you will, together with your team co-workers, continuously improve Information Security and Data Privacy strategy and plans for IKEA Supply and IKEA. You will engage with stakeholders across the organization, nurturing a security-by-design culture, trusted data and applications and monitor risks and improvement plans. With your expertise, you will provide a valuable contribution to the protection and strengthening of the IKEA Brand and trademark, implementing frameworks, best practices and communities of practice in IKEA Supply.

For this role we are specifically looking for someone in the early stages of their career (2-3 years of work experience), who is enthusiastic, proactive and has an eagerness to learn and grow in the field of information security. We prefer somebody who has a background in cyber security and who understands the technical concepts, as this is helpful in providing support to our digital solution teams.

Together with your peers across Inter IKEA and IKEA, you will:

    • Assess business impact and risks related to information security; agree and monitor remediation plans
    • Be the expert in one or more of the fields of information security to identify, prevent, and respond to risks and incidents
    • Be an active member of the IKEA Supply ISDP team, The ISDP Network and IKEA digital community
    • Support implementation of the Inter IKEA Group frameworks, standards and best practices for information security and business continuity
    • Be the back up (and in time successor) of our Agile Delivery Lead, focusing on the Agile rituals and supported by Jira
    • At any time, act as an ambassador of IKEA values
    • Work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to a strong and relevant IKEA franchise offer.

The ISDP team is structured in a way in which all team members work in multiple focus area in small autonomous sub-teams. This fosters our togetherness as a team and creates development opportunities outside your own area of expertise.

In this role, you will report to the ISDP Manager at IKEA Supply and work closely with the other teams inside ISDP Supply, the Inter Ikea Group ISDP Network, the Capability Areas in Supply Chain Development and other relevant stakeholders to drive towards uniformity and commonality, contributing to the Inter IKEA planning framework and delivering on the needs of IKEA Supply.
