Job Description

  • Job ID: 370144

  • Date posted: 08/10/2026

    • Who you are

Omnichannel Marketing Acceleration is a transformation of how we do marketing at IKEA, with customers and co workers at the center. It’s about building more personal, relevant, and inspiring dialogues with people across all our touchpoints so that more of the many feel “this is my IKEA”. We will enable this transformation through major uplifts in technology and ways of working as well as a mindset shift in how we do marketing – channel first, customer led and always on, with one connected IKEA story wherever and whenever people meet us.

You see things a little differently. So do we! You’re energized by enabling transformation through people and ensuring that change becomes a natural, positive part of how we work. You thrive in cross-functional environments, enjoy building strong relationships, and create trust through clear communication and collaboration.
You have experience leading change activities in large organizations and feel confident coordinating across countries, functions, and diverse stakeholder groups. You translate strategic plans into concrete local actions, and you’re motivated by helping people adopt new ways of working while staying true to IKEA values.

To be successful in this role, we believe you have:
    • Experience in transformation and leading change initiatives or roll outs in large, complex organisations, ideally in marketing and commercial environments
    • A solid background in marketing operations or omnichannel marketing with practical understanding of modern MarTech tools and how they impact daily marketing flows
    • Proven experience collaborating with cross functional teams and/or country organizations, acting as a trusted partner to a country team
    • Strong foundation in change management methodologies and stakeholder engagement
    • Exceptional coordination, facilitation and communication skills
    • Ability to navigate multiple priorities and adapt to changing contexts with competing deadlines
    • Rooted in IKEA values; IKEA experience is a strong plus, especially from a country organisation

    Your responsibilities

As Change Management & Roll-out Leader in the transformation program, you are part of the Change Management & Roll-out Workstream, where you play a key role in enabling global and local adoption and ensuring a coherent experience across receiving organizations. You will act as the main liaison for a set of countries, ensuring transparency, trust and collaboration throughout the change journey.

    You will:
    • Lead the execution of the change management and roll out plan for selected global- and country receiving organisations
    • Define, coordinate, and facilitate local change activities across workstreams
    • Support the development and execution of communication and engagement plans
    • Monitor adoption progress and surface feedback, risks, and opportunities
    • Contribute to the creation of change materials, training, and stakeholder engagement activities
    • Ensure alignment with overall transformation goals and timelines

    Together as a team

You will be part of the Omnichannel Marketing Acceleration Program Team, collaborating closely with workstreams, line organisation leaders, and stakeholders across global- and country organisations.

You’ll join a diverse and passionate team committed to enabling change the IKEA way—through collaboration, curiosity, and co-worker empowerment.
