    Your responsibilities

    As a Country Digital Manager, you will be a member of the IKEA Netherlands Management Team and lead your own Country Digital team, fostering collaboration, communication, and integration between digital country activity groups and Central Group Digital.

    Your main responsibilities include:
    - Driving the digital transformation in the country to fully leverage digital capabilities.
    - Optimizing customer journeys by integrating digital components and adhering to defined processes.
    - Providing functional expertise in formulating and implementing an integrated multi-channel strategy.
    - Leading the Country Digital Unit in alignment with Central to ensure one strategy and agenda.
    - Championing new digital initiatives and ensuring high-quality, data-driven decision-making.
    - Collaborating with all relevant functions and stakeholders to secure integration and a common focus.
    - Inspiring and motivating co-workers, including your own team, to develop capabilities and talent to meet evolving digital needs.
    - Coordinating global deployments, local projects, products, and capacity.
    - Managing the budget and planning for digital activities, ensuring compliance with Central guidelines.
