What you'll be doing day to day

Now is an exciting time to join IKEA! Our goal is to become accessible to more Americans by bringing IKEA closer to our customers physically and digitally. The store offering will vary depending on the location.
As a Retail Communication & Interior Design Co-worker, creating inspiring, functional, and commercial home furnishing solutions, you will:

    - Leverage visual merchandising expertise to enhance the distinctiveness of the IKEA identity through impactful store layout, compelling range presentations, and vibrant in-store vitality.
    - Drive business growth by executing the store action plan and collaborating across functions for long-term success.
    - Apply local insights to create inspiring, affordable presentations that reflect diverse styles and exceed expectations.
    - Prioritize visitor experience by minimizing disruption, maintaining safety, and ensuring strong visual impact while working on the shop floor.
    - Follow established routines and responsibilities, collaborate across functions, act swiftly to seize commercial opportunities, and stay mindful of how actions influence financial outcomes.

    - Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is strong and embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers.

    Together as a team

Where others see home furnishing products, we see smart solutions to create a better everyday life.
