    You have a university degree in law, and you have been working in the legal field for over five years and have managed stakeholders for at least three years. You will report to the Country CFO.

    What you'll be doing day to day

    PURPOSE OF THE JOB
    You take responsibility for leading, reviewing, supporting and securing the legal aspects of Ingka's businesses and operations in Finland, within the framework set by Ingka Group Legal & Governance – equipping leaders to make good decisions with confidence.


    As Country Legal Manager, you take overall responsibility for leading, reviewing, supporting and securing the legal aspects of our business and operations in Finland, while helping implement standard legal processes and ways of working across Ingka Group.

    In this role, you will:
    ✅ Take clear ownership of legal matters and drive them forward so the Ingka business can move with confidence
    ✅ Cooperate with, integrate into the business, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to secure mutually sustainable solutions
    ✅ Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements and other legal documents
    ✅ Pro-actively support management and stakeholders in running the business – securing rights, assessing obligations, reducing legal exposure and unlocking business opportunities
    ✅ Implement appropriate corporate governance measures locally, in line with group guidelines, and support management in complying with relevant steering documents and delegations
    ✅ Act as the link between external lawyers, securing the quality and cost-performance of external legal suppliers
    ✅ Work closely with Group Legal & Governance, contributing to the Business Plan, development projects and their roadmaps
    ✅ Equip leaders with legal competence and confidence to make good decisions
    ✅ Build legal competence across the organisation by developing and educating stakeholders on relevant laws and regulations
    ✅ Stay on top of EU and local legal and governance developments, including regulation
    ✅ Create an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong, living reality.

    What you need to know

    This position is full time 37,5h/week and permanent. Starting in the role is preferably in September.
    Main work location is IKEA Service office in Espoo.

    The salary for the position starts at 5173 €/month and will be specified during the recruitment process based on the selected candidate’s experience, skills, and the final content of the role.
