For this role we believe you have Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in process role. Proven record of developing people and organisations Experience from a global matrix organisation and/or participating on global projects. Lean Six Sigma certified professional with excellent knowledge of Business Process Modelling. Project Management certified or experienced professional with exposure to Knowledge Transition and Business Transformation. Experience in working in a Delivery Excellence, Process Excellence/Improvement before in an Organization with COE & Global Capability Centre set up. Significant exposure in Defining Project timelines, Charter, Communication methodology and building Roadmaps. Exposure in leading projects leading to Cost savings, better FTE utilization, efficient Organization Structure & Workforce Planning.

Lean Six Sigma certified professional with excellent knowledge of Business Process Modelling.

Project Management certified or experienced professional with exposure to Knowledge Transition and Business Transformation.

Knowledge of how to implement plans, according to set budgets and goals

Knowledge of designing, developing and continuously improving processes, services and products to become more cost-effective and efficient

Exposure in leading projects leading to Cost savings, better FTE utilization, efficient Organization Structure & Workforce Planning

Knowledge of how to enable business change, by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to co-workers.

Knowledge of how to analyse data from digital sources to gain insights of IKEA customers for business purposes and decision making

Knowledge of how to structure data and information in both processes and information technology tools to ensure reliable, accessible and relevant information, always securing the appropriate levels of privacy and security

Knowledge of how to create, implement and follow up on rules and practices that ensure accountability, compliance, fairness and transparency within IKEA

Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people, to ensure right representation.

Develops virtual and other collaborative relationships to facilitate current and future objectives

Champions new methods, digital systems and processes to improve performance.

Takes action without needing direction from others – ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility but also a team player

Expresses ideas and opinions effectively in verbal and written communication

Your responsibilities

Identifies and executes on opportunities for process improvement and standardisation as a key enabler of the INGKA digitalisation and automation agenda. Works closely with Group People & Culture to drive consistency and high quality in People processes to realise business goals as well as improve co-worker experience.

Implements and establishes people processes in the country organisation including executing on global structures, methods, policies, standards, rules and guidelines.

Secures and monitors People processes are in line with mandatory elements of People processes to secure compliance and a consistent execution of the process framework and policies

Ensures the INGKA People processes are in line with internal and external conditions in the country

Responsible for executing on process standardisation in the country including specifically in People Administration

Responsible for executing Shared Services coordination and migration at the lowest cost, including aligning on process best practice with counterparts in other countries

Networks with stakeholders across the country organisation to proactively identify opportunities and ideas for standardisation, process improvement and digitalisation

Kindly Note: Please be advised that this is a temporary assignment and will conclude on April 25th, 2025. Once the assignment is completed, the concerned employee will get back to his full-time employment. This role doesn’t require employees based outside Bangalore to relocate. Additionally, no extra payment will be provided for this period.
