QUALIFICATIONS: University degree and 2 years of related experience, or minimum 5 years of related experience

Your responsibilities

Analyze data, identify trends, opportunities and risks, collaborating with stakeholders, sharing insights to support the achievement of operational goals and objectives.

Execute operational requirements, collaborating with stakeholders to integrate data analytics into business decision making, supporting the roll out of relevant initiatives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain data analytics service delivery models.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define data accuracy, availability and confidentiality standards that comply with all relevant legislation, regulations, agreements and Ingka Group policies and procedures to be applied to data analytics.

Align with applicable Location Operational Services Managers in the country for any escalations and issue resolution

Collaborate with Location Operational Services Specialists, Centers of Expertise Specialists and Business Partners in the country to create and maintain service 45 delivery models to support process delivery along with self-service resources for managers and co-workers

Perform people related business analysis and identify trends, opportunities as well as potential risks and present them in and understandable and actionable manner

Provide expertise in evaluating and utilizing the global People Analytics and Information outcome to support the business at a country level

Provide the pre-conditions for high quality people data through root cause analysis of data quality problems and escalations to the right stakeholders (GBO, Business Partners etc.)

Ensure data quality concerns are socialized and visible

Collaborate across the organization to define data accuracy, availability, and when needed confidentiality for people data

Safeguard that the P&C activities and local initiatives are in line with definitions (Data, terms and KPIs) and information model

Advise P&C stakeholders to make sure their processes and initiatives generate data sufficient for analysis securing a well-functioning People Analytics and Information management and support establishing People analytics as an integrated part of business decisions throughout the organization

Proactively deliver facts and analysis for people decisions, through enabling availability and use of dashboards for main people decision makers

Project need for information and prepare data and analysis ahead of need through coordination with stakeholders and their agendas, knowing business directions, and evaluate the need of people information

Perform people related business analysis and identify trends, opportunities as well as potential risks and ensure their consideration in the business such as ‘How sickness rate impact business result, or how engagement results relate to customer satisfaction’ and ‘Find root causes to co-worker turnover through data and together with stakeholders propose mitigation actions’

Establish people analytics as an integrated part of business decisions throughout the organization

Secure competence development of the P&C organization to leverage data and analytics in their daily work

Support global roll-out activities related to the analytics and data area.

Cooperate across countries and organizations through the matrix to share ideas, inspired by best practices as well as collaborate on global insight and information initiatives

Secure that all P&C analysis is in line personal data legislation and Ingka data ethics guidance 46

Coordinate with People Business Steering at global level to ensure process standardization and efficiency from an operational aspect within the country while accommodating for adequate steer and guidance

Manage data quality and any missing information required to resolve cases for applicable co-workers
