    • Graduation in Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field, or 7+ years of proven supply chain experience.
    • 3–5 years of management experience, preferably in distribution, retail, logistics or similar environments.
    • Strong experience and interest in retail/home furnishing, supply chain and customer fulfilment.
    • Proven ability to deliver business results with a strong focus on cost efficiency and people.
    • Experience working effectively in a matrix organization with strong collaboration and co-creation skills.
    • Experience leading projects and executing processes at market or country level.
    • Strong coaching, mentoring, facilitation, conflict management and problem-solving skills.
    • Experience implementing mid- and long-term strategies, setting goals and following up on performance.
    • Strong understanding of the IKEA business model, processes, supply chain, warehousing and service operations.
    • Customer-centric mindset with a strong understanding of customer and co-worker needs.
    • Solid business, KPI, market and industry knowledge to support decision-making.
    • Good change management capability and the ability to lead in uncertainty.
    • Strong financial competence and the ability to communicate financial impact.
    • Analytical capability to translate business and customer needs into development initiatives.
    • Fluent spoken and written English.

    Your responsibilities

    As the Expansion Retail Logistics Manager, you will take responsibility for securing fulfilment on the market from an end-to-end perspective, enabling the right prerequisites for excellent quality in execution.
    You will:
    • Take overall accountability for the CFF Expansion team and secure alignment with the Customer Fulfilment and market agenda.
    • Translate and co-create commercial priorities into actions for Customer Fulfilment.
    • Lead, steer, plan, support, coach and follow up on the daily work and development of the Fulfilment Availability and Support organization.
    • Secure the total input from Customer Fulfilment to the Commercial Team on the market.
    • Plan and align furniture and goods delivery schedules with distribution centers and transport providers.
    • Create resource plans and own warehouse bay planning and phasing.
    • Define ways of working for picking and order fulfilment to maintain availability across sales locations.
    • Own pre-feasibility, design briefs and final logistics layouts for expansion sites.
    • Lead CFF site selection, ensuring dock availability and alternative logistics solutions where required.
    • Provide strategic CFF solutions for upcoming sites and support the growth agenda.
    • Align picking principles, picking locations and transaction processes.
    • Ensure site readiness, including tools, equipment, PPE and required documentation.
    • Coordinate on-site suppliers covering racking, MHE and dock equipment.
    • Ensure access to required logistics systems, including CASY.
    • Own OSA readiness, initial stock at –2 WBO and CFF build-up quality and timelines.
    • Run the RFI process with CPH and align on required clarifications.
    • Review and align CFF phasing with the Build-up Leader and support re-phasing due to on-site delays.
    • Manage local ordering of CFF materials and warehouse racking service providers.
    • Define goods transfer strategies where required to reduce lead times.
    • Secure facility handover documentation and close outstanding works.
    • Ensure submission of RAMS and safety documentation from ESPs.
    • Support the handover from Construction to IKEA and from ESPs to Operations.
    • Contribute to securing optimal range location within fulfilment units at the lowest possible cost while maintaining availability and lead-time promises.
    • Support the set-up for campaigns, extraordinary situations and the optimization of the complete fulfilment network.
    • Drive high performance at the lowest cost and support long-term profitability while creating an excellent customer experience.
