    Job description

    1.  Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly management reports.
    2.  Responsible for various financial reporting deliverables in accordance with internal policies, financial reporting standards and relevant laws and regulations.
    3.  Participates in the analysis of financial data to evaluate performance of the company.
    4.  Managing daily cash balances and ensure that cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively.
    5.  Maintaining our accounts system.
    6.  Assist in overseeing and supervising the work of, more junior members of staff.
    7.  Arranging and complete yearly tax fillings, financial audits and reviews as required.
    8.  Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance Department activities.
    9.  Assist in preparing ad hoc accounting projects, as assigned by management.


    Qualification
    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a General Accountant or similar role (typically 2–4 years).
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).
    • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel.
    • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
    • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
    • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) to effectively liaise with diverse stakeholders.
