    Hej, my name is Aysenur. I work as an Engineering Manager within the Order Promise and Allocation subdomain at IKEA.
    Our team takes full ownership of their services, from development to deployment and maintenance. Our product is focused on improving the accuracy and consistency of the availability and lead time promise for the home delivery and collection options, adding Qexibility and accuracy in handling picking capacity more efficiently, enabling a more efficient, flexible and transparent return process. At the same time, we give a lot of customization power to each market in the way this should behave.     You are a passionate and curious backend engineer who loves tackling complex backend challenges while fostering a fun and collaborative team culture. You take pride in writing high-quality, scalable code and are always eager to explore new technologies and best practices. As a natural leader, you enjoy coaching and mentoring team members, helping them grow while driving technical excellence. You remain motivated and adaptable in the face of uncertainties, maintaining a positive and solution-oriented mindset.     Your Responsibilities as a Senior Backend Engineer, you will:
    - Team Leadership & Coaching: Lead, mentor, and support backend engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
    - Technical Excellence: Ensure high-quality code and scalable architecture in all backend projects.
    - Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with product owners/specialists, data engineers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.
    - Code Reviews & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and drive continuous improvements in development processes.
    - System Architecture & Design: Design, develop, and optimize backend services, APIs, and database structures.
    - Problem-solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system reliability and performance.
    - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance team efficiency, development workflows, and deployment strategies.
    - Work with cross-functional teams: You'll collaborate with other teams to ensure our digital solutions meet business needs.
