    JOB TYPE –Hourly, Benefits Eligible
    HOURS 38-40- hours per week
    SHIFTS – Mon-Fri 9-5:30 PM
    PAY - pay range for this role is between $24.00 to $33.98
    The anticipated posting closing date is on or around 6/28/2025

    What you'll be doing day to day

    Act as the main point of contact for the assigned IT tool in the unit, supporting the Country Solution Responsible.
    • Report new IT incidents and monitor existing ones related to the IT tool, ensuring proper communication reaches all affected end users.
    • Manage steering communication and change management for new system releases to ensure successful implementation within the unit.
    • Support the unit in understanding, tracking, and taking action on key performance indicators connected to the IT tool.
    • Ensure relevant training materials, task descriptions, and working methods are available, maintained, and correctly followed by both new and existing co workers.
    • Support daily operations by ensuring the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and associated equipment are available, properly configured, and well maintained.
    • Implement system enhancements aimed at increasing efficiency and quality while reducing operational costs.
    • Secure IT related equipment and supply inventory, following matrix specific processes and schedules for repairs or replacements.
    • Interpret system data and metrics and communicate insights that drive operational decisions and improvements.
    • Capture, analyze, document, and validate local system needs and IT equipment requests.
    • Provide system and equipment training support to end users across the unit.
    • Collaborate with operational partners to identify and anticipate future unit system or equipment needs.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout all areas of the fulfillment unit.

    • Previous IT and/or help desk experience preferred.
    • Technical experience with hardware and software.
    • Highly proficient in MS Office skills.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to prepare, analyze, and report complex data.
    • You may previously have held roles like: Warehouse Management Systems Specialist, Distribution Specialist, IT Help Desk Analyst, Operations Systems Specialist, WMS Specialist, WMS Application Manager, Warehouse Super User Requirements.
    • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically. Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
