  • Who you are

    As a Technical Support Specialist, you ensure the smooth operation and business continuity of digital products and IT services across the Store in Lyssach. You combine hands-on support with proactive maintenance and stakeholder collaboration.

    • Experience in IT support, technical services, or high passion within this Field
    • Solid understanding of hardware, software, and IT infrastructure
    • Familiarity with IT service management, IKEA processes and tools
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
    • Customer-oriented with excellent communication skills
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
    • Basic understanding of project and change management
    • Interest in digital innovation and emerging technologies
    • Fluent in German and good understanding in English

    Your responsibilities

    • Ensure availability of digital products and platforms
    • Manage IT asset lifecycle (inventory, procurement, deployment)
    • Provide 2nd-level support for hardware and software
    • Support rollouts, upgrades, and new site setups
    • Perform monitoring and preventive maintenance
    • Resolve and prioritize incidents, escalate when needed
    • Support projects and global deployments
    • Train on-site staff and new hires
