    • Who you are

    • Knowledge of retail and/or logistics processes, tools and working methods.
    • Good knowledge of IKEA flow and capacity leading to an excellent customer fulfilment.
    • Good knowledge and understanding of the customer’s needs, demands and expectations in the local market.
    • Good knowledge and understanding of KPIs used for success measures in own function.
    • Good knowledge of relevant IT systems/solutions/tools.
    • Knowledge of resource and equipment planning according to potential sales scenarios, forecast and fulfilment flows allocation.
    • Good knowledge of the IKEA Concept, the IKEA Brand Identity and the IKEA Culture & Values.

    Your responsibilities

    • Responsible to optimise the flow planning for efficient internal end-to-end operations.
    • Support the Team Leaders with the resource and equipment planning.
    • Secure, together with the Fulfilment Integration Team, that all pre-requisites for an efficient and customer-centric operation are in place.
    • Contribute to the capacity planning in the unit.
    • Securing via good communication that new set-ups and planning are adopted by the relevant unit teams.
