    Your responsibilities

    • You are contributing to the planning and execution of local, country, and global commercial activations.
    • You are supporting operational forecasting together with commercial partners by monitoring deviations and securing forecast quality.
    • You are securing correct range management by proactively following up performance and taking relevant actions.
    • You are contributing to high stock accuracy through continuous monitoring, analysis, and follow-up.
    • You are working to optimise stock structure, reduce avoidable stock, and support healthy capacity utilisation at low cost.
    • You are enabling efficient replenishment and customer order fulfilment processes in the unit.
    • You are supporting the unit in achieving availability goals, commercial readiness, and operational excellence.
    • You are collaborating with supply chain and commercial partners to ensure a fast, reliable, and high-quality customer fulfilment experience.

    Our team is part of Customer Fulfilment, which makes IKEA multichannel retailing a reality by creating seamless shopping experiences across all customer touchpoints.
    Within Customer Fulfilment, Unit Fulfilment is responsible for enabling excellent operational performance, product availability, efficient replenishment, and reliable customer order fulfilment. We work closely with commercial and supply chain partners to continuously improve the way we serve customers—delivering great lead times, availability, and quality at the lowest possible cost, while supporting IKEA’s affordability and long-term profitability.
