  • Join the Consumer & Customer Insights (C&CI) team at the IKEA Retail Italy headquarters in Carugate and play an active role in shaping our strategic direction. In this internship, you’ll help transform data and research into powerful insights that guide decision‑making and support business growth across the organization.

    As part of the C&CI team, you will:
    • Gather, analyze, and synthesize consumer, customer, brand, and internal data to create insights that support strategic recommendations and informed decisions.
    • Develop and enhance marketing intelligence activities, including market research, competitive analysis, market trends, macroeconomic developments, and customer demand patterns.
    • Support the Insights Leader in adapting and implementing global tools, methodologies, and solutions, and contribute to developing new approaches where needed.
    • Actively collaborate with the team by sharing ideas, contributing insights, and supporting the delivery of C&CI plans and objectives.

    You are a curious, analytical, and proactive person with:
    • An academic background in Marketing, Innovation, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into meaningful and actionable insights.
    • Interest in the Retail sector and in working within a fast‑changing, dynamic environment.
    • Confidence in communicating clearly and engagingly, with good leadership potential.
    • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and internal data analysis.
    • Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Fluency in English.
