    As a Analyst in S2P area (SAP OT VIM), you will deliver high-quality solutions, drive technological advancements, and provide expertise in this domain. You will facilitate engineering alignment, promote modern software engineering practices, and lead engineering initiatives across teams.

    Your role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing and architecting solutions, and providing SAP VIM solution guidance. You will ensure solutions align with industry standards, troubleshoot issues, and effectively communicate with technical and business teams.

    You will also analyze the current technology landscape to suggest improvements and anticipate future challenges. With a deep understanding of SAP and IKEA’s business processes, you will architect scalable, secure solutions while adhering to compliance and security principles.

    Key responsibilities include problem-solving, stakeholder management, and supporting new technology adoption. Your contributions will drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the organization.

    Qualifications:

    7 to 10 years of experience with at least 5 years in SAP OT VIM. Proven track record as an architect with strong results.
    Good understanding of end-to-end S2P business process and also integration of S2P with R2R, O2C.
    Strong vendor coordination and communication skills.

    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Support SAP VIM solutions and ensure smooth invoice processing operations and KPI adherence.
    • Collaborate with business users, AMS partners and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver enhancements.
    • Configure and maintain OpenText VIM, Business Center, Archive Server and related components.
    • Participate in implementations, upgrades, testing, deployments and post-go-live support activities.
    • Analyze process issues and recommend improvements across Procure-to-Pay processes.
    • Create functional specifications, testing documentation and user training materials.
    • Support integrations with SAP FI, MM, EDI, IDocs and third-party applications.
    Key experience required
    • 7-10 years of relevant SAP experience with at least 5 years in OpenText VIM.
    • Hands-on configuration experience in SAP OpenText VIM workflows, document types and invoice processing.
    • Experience supporting or participating in SAP implementation and rollout projects.
    • Understanding of Accounts Payable and Procure-to-Pay processes.
    • Experience working in support environments with incident, problem and change management practices.
    • Ability to work with global stakeholders and external partners.
    Technical and Functional Competencies
    • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay processes and integrations.
    • Experience with OpenText VIM, IES/BCC, Business Center and Archive Server concepts.
    • Strong SAP Accounts Payable process knowledge.
    • Understanding of IDocs, EDI message processing and error handling.
    • Exposure to SAP PI/PO or integration technologies.
    • Ability to perform configuration, testing, troubleshooting and deployment activities.
    • Working knowledge of FI and MM integration with VIM.
