    A day in your life with us

    • Welcome customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner across all entrance and Småland play areas.
    • Create a safe and enjoyable experience for children by supervising play activities and ensuring all safety and security routines are followed.
    • Engage with parents and guardians clearly and confidently, providing information about Småland rules, procedures, and check‑in/check‑out routines.
    • Contribute to achieving operational KPIs related to customer satisfaction, safety, and flow.
    • Take responsibility for developing your knowledge and skills in customer service and child engagement.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to support an excellent overall customer journey and encourage repeat visits to IKEA.
    • Ensure the play areas remain clean, organized, and inviting for children throughout the day.

    The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 20.35 CAD to 23.98 CAD and will be based on relevant work experience.
