    • IKEA Dublin are looking to welcome a Visual Merchandiser to their team.

    A Visual Merchandiser at IKEA plays a key role in how the store looks, feels, and sells products. It’s not just about making displays look nice—it’s about creating inspiring, practical spaces that encourage customers to buy.


    WHAT WE OFFER

    • The Start Date of employment will be: 4th of August
    • Starting salary of €32,842 based on competence and experience .
    • 39hrs working Monday to Friday and includes one weekend day per month. Shifts can start as early as 6.15am, this will be discussed at interview.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • You have a experience in a relevant creative field.
    • A working knowledge in design software such as Autodesk REVIT, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
    • You are excited about home furnishings, design and how people live, and have the ability to use generate new ideas to inspire our customers.
    • You have a hands-on approach, feeling at ease working with various hand tools and comfortable working at heights.
    • This role requires flexibility to travel across Ireland and the UK to support ongoing business expansion.


    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • Use visual merchandising competence to strengthen the uniqueness of the IKEA identity in range presentation solutions in the store by working with store layout, range presentation and vitality.
    • Understanding the local market to plan and implement relevant, inspiring, affordable and commercial range presentation solutions that reflect a wide variety of styles, price levels, meet the many individual tastes and exceed our visitor's expectations.
    • Collaborate with the Com&In team and other functions, act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities and understand the impact of actions on the financial results
    • Working with the commercial calendar to implement range changes. This role is 80% shop floor based and 20% planning.
