    - At least 5 years of relevant project management or transformation experience, ideally in leadership roles.
    - Fluent in English ( C1); additional language skills are a plus ( especially German)

    - Tackle problems analytically and implement data-driven decisions.
    - Collaborate closely with stakeholders and foster an open, supportive and high-performing working environment.
