    Our HR Technology team plays a key role in ensuring that our Workforce Management systems, scheduling processes, and time & labor platforms work effectively for the business.
    We are now looking for a Senior System Engineer – UKG Pro Workforce Management to take ownership and drive development within this area. In this role, you will ensure that UKG Pro WFM supports how we operate within scheduling, time tracking, absence management, and labor compliance.
    You will work closely with Operations, HR, Finance, IT, and store/site management teams to understand needs, translate them into solutions, and drive adoption across the organization.
    You bring strong communication skills and thrive in both technical and business discussions. You understand how to identify gaps, design solutions, and ensure that systems evolve with the business. Above all, you take ownership, show initiative, and are driven to deliver solutions that create real impact.
    Furthermore, we believe that you bring:
    • Experience within UKG Pro Workforce Management, including modules such as Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Management, Forecasting, and Labor Analytics
    • Experience within workforce operations, labor management, and time-tracking processes
    • Strong understanding of WFM data structures, pay rules, work rules, accruals, and system configuration
    • Experience with system integrations, APIs, SFTP, and middleware tools connecting WFM to payroll and HR systems
    • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
    • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
    • A proactive mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving ability
    • Curiosity and willingness to learn and continuously improve
    Must have:
    • UKG Pro WFM certification(s) experience
    • Knowledge of SQL, XML, or scripting languages for data manipulation and reporting
    • Hands on Experience with large-scale global UKGPro WFM implementations (at least 2 preferred)
    • Awareness of trends shaping workforce management (e.g., AI-driven scheduling, automation, labor compliance)

    A day in your life with us

    As a Senior System Engineer – UKG Pro Workforce Management, you will play a key role in ensuring that the UKG Pro WFM platform delivers value to the business and supports efficient, data-driven workforce operations and decision-making.
    You will take ownership of your area, continuously improving it by aligning platform capabilities with business needs. You will work hands-on with scheduling configurations, pay and work rules, time & attendance workflows, and labor reporting—ensuring solutions support how we actually operate.
    You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Operations, HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance—ensuring alignment and driving adoption across sites and teams.
    This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, where your work directly impacts operational efficiency, labor cost management, and the day-to-day employee experience.
    To be concrete, you will:
    • Own and manage the UKG Pro Workforce Management platform end-to-end, including configuration, maintenance, upgrades, and support
    • Translate business needs from Operations and HR into WFM solutions, scheduling rules, and process improvements
    • Identify gaps between WFM capabilities and business needs, and define actionable solutions
    • Design, develop, and manage integrations between UKG Pro WFM and payroll, HR, and third-party systems using APIs, SFTP, and middleware platforms
    • Collaborate with Operations, HR, Payroll, IT, and external vendors to drive system changes and improvements
    • Support planning, prioritization, and backlog management for WFM development activities
    • Ensure structured and reliable time, attendance, and scheduling data flows in compliance with relevant labor regulations
    • Drive adoption by ensuring solutions are practical, user-friendly, and well-documented for managers and employees
    • Manage stakeholders proactively and ensure alignment across functions and sites
    • Continuously improve processes, system usage, and overall quality of the WFM platform
