    Who you are

    • You have at least 5 years of experience leading projects and managing complex change processes in a digital environment, including planning, launching and driving adoption of country and global digital products across multiple sites
    • You can translate business needs into clear requirements, drive initiatives and bring together relevant stakeholders, turning needs into concrete and effective outcomes
    • You have strong analytical skills with experience in business value calculation and prioritization to drive a value-driven product lifecycle
    • You bring strong decision making and portfolio management leadership to your product portfolio
    • You demonstrate effective change management competence and capabilities
    • You effectively communicate and manage stakeholders creating alignment and keeping different interests moving towards one goal
    • You build stakeholder trust by making change understandable and actionable for others
    • You see the bigger picture while keeping track of the details that matter for strong execution
    • You work confidently with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
    • You work in an agile way and keep learning and co-creation part of your everyday work
    • You have work experience in retail, eCommerce or a digital product development team
    • Business fluent in German and English



    • Together with retail, business and global stakeholders, you support the country digital transformation journey
    • You plan, manage and monitor the full lifecycle of global and country digital products from requirements to launch, value realization and strategic decommissioning
    • You ensure lasting adoption and increase value throughout the product's lifecycle
    • You work closely with global partners to prioritize future development steps for your digital products portfolio
    • As a trusted business partner, you translate business needs into clear requirements and value opportunities
    • You actively shape central roadmaps for digital products by sharing lessons learned, supporting global planning sessions and continuously improving ways of working
    • You drive change and adoption, using a broad scope of change methodology, communication skills and structured change packages
    • You ensure compliant co-determination of digital products with all relevant co-worker representative groups
    • You ensure digital solutions consistently meet Ingka and German compliance standards for engineering, security and data privacy

    This job is located in our Service Office/ Head Office of IKEA Germany in Hofheim-Wallau between Wiesbaden and Frankfurt am Main.
