    About this work area

The Lean Ways of Working (WoW) initiative is part of Job 9 - Simplicity and is led by the Market Operations Lean team. Our mission is to empower co-workers to eliminate waste in their daily work, which enhances efficiency, reduces costs and improves customer satisfaction. The focus is on building a culture of continuous improvement by enabling teams to work smarter and deliver better outcomes.

The journey starts with a training program to develop the continuous improvement capability in the unit via training, workshops and activities. It is done via a “train to deliver” approach so the operational team can then apply the lean ways of working to the daily operations directly.

The unit Lean Leader plays an important role in driving the country's implementation of Lean ways of working. Therefore, the assignment requires a dynamic leader who can inspire and motivate teams, navigate complex challenges, and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
