IKEA Belfast are looking for a Kitchen Production Manager to join our IKEA Food team at we call this an IKEA Food Operations Manager.

WHAT WE OFFER
• This role offers a salary starting from £29,348 per annum, final salary offer will be made based on skills and experience.
• 39 hours per week working 5 days a week, alternative weekends off.
• Expected Starting Date: To be discussed at interview

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

In the role as Food Operations Manager, you are responsible for driving food operational excellence and ensuring a commercial food experience that is safe, people and planet positive, healthy and delicious, affordable and convenient, human and joyful, with a Swedish touch. You are also responsible for leading the Food team, strengthening food operational competence and leading activities to address key gaps of food quality and operational effectiveness and efficiency.
