    We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fulfilment Operations Coordinator to join our Logistics Team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient replenishment, contributing to a seamless customer experience. You will be part of the daily operation and your primary goal is to coordinate the replenishment and restock of our goods.

    To be successful in this job, you:
    • Must have experience in Logistics, Order fulfilment or Warehouse operations
    • Have strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Are able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • You thrive in sudden changes and react accordingly
    • Have excellent communication and teamwork abilities
    • Have attention to detail and a commitment to quality

    Basic knowledge of inventory managements systems is a plus.

    Your responsibilities

    • Conduct daily operational planning, provide an overview, delegate tasks based on priorities, and collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and productivity.
    • Oversee and support the team, as well as perform tasks within the main areas of responsibility.
    • Work closely with the other teams in the warehouse in order to build constructive relationships and deliver high quality outcome.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment throughout the fulfillment unit. Ensure adherence and compliance with all safety requirements by performing weekly safety checks and more.
    • Monitor inventory levels, communicate any shortages or issues, follow up on empty locations to ensure inventory accuracy, and process all returns.
    • Ensure a smooth daily handover to team leaders and support them in various tasks and projects as they arise.

    • This position is for an average of 37 hours per week.
    • Your working hours will vary based on the business need, with both night and early morning shifts within the hours 02.00-11.00. You should also expect to work every 2nd weekend, both Saturday and Sunday. It is possible to give your input to the work schedule.
    • Salary is within IKEA's banding and HK's Union agreement for logistics and includes free choice allowance, odd-hour payment and pension.
    • Start date is as early as possible.
