Perhaps you are our next web specialist, to join our Digital Communication team within the Content Factory, where we create and develop end-to-end communication.

What You’ll Bring:

• Passion for digital communication, and empowering projects and colleagues with data, to help make data-driven decisions.
• Expertise in managing and advising on digital communications, to achieve business goals.
• Some years of experience in web communication, including briefing, creating, publishing, optimizing, and analyzing web content. Ideally experience from a digital agency or a global organization.
• The ability to connect people, ideas, and perspectives.
• Brings a 360 mindset and approach to communication – combining owned, earned, and paid channels.
• A creative and curious mindset and you love thinking “What if...”.
• Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics.

What you'll be doing day to day

As a Digital Web Communication Specialist, you will drive digital experiences for IKEA across platforms like IKEA.com and Ingka.com. You are responsible, together with a team of specialists, for IKEA digital communication to position IKEA as a meaningful and loved brand. Your days will be a mix of working independently and interdependently across communication networks and cross-functions in the organization. Through it all you are driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where co-workers are informed, engaged, and empowered.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Set and advise, project-based digital strategies, together with other digital specialists.
• Leading the web area in Content Factory and contributing to the integrated communication strategy.
• Creating, optimizing, and supporting web content together with our web/content editors.
• Partnering with product teams and other digital stakeholders to enhance our web landscape.
• Work with stakeholder analysis, engagement, and relationship management.
• Working across Ingka Group and all our diverse business areas.

This is a permanent role and is based in the Global Office of Ingka, Hubhult in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to the Digital Communication Team Leader in Content Factory. We work in a hybrid environment, with all the tools needed, and since we think magic happens when we are together in our vibrant office, the majority of our time is spent there. We offer mobility relocation support for this role.

The Content Factory: This role belongs to the Digital Communication Team within Content Factory. The Content Factory is where we will come together across Ingka Group to create low-cost and high-quality content and experiences innovate in ways that benefit more of the many and create engagement with the IKEA brand. The Content Factory focuses on end-to-end content creation and deployment across Ingka, and we aim to make sure we have the best possible setup to deliver value and meet brand and customer new demands in an omnichannel reality.
