What you'll be doing day to day

Optimizing the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service to continually increase sales.
• Creating relationships with customers to provide support in-store and remotely.
• Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of products and services to inspire and inform customers.
• Listening to, identifying, anticipating, and responding to customer needs.
• Maximizing sales, while maintaining profitability, by actively steering customers towards top-selling and prioritized products.
• Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities based on sales location to secure high stock availability.
• Supporting the implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities in, or involving, your product range.

JOB TYPE – Permanent, Full time 34-40 hrs /wk.

PAY – The starting rate/salary for this position ranges from $16.90-24 and will be based on relevant work experience.


SHIFT – Seeking open availability including weekends. The operations generally range between the window of 8am to 11pm, and the work schedules are published three weeks in advance.

2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector
Heavy lifting, customer inquiries and setting up deliveries. sales in a warehouse setting

QUALIFICATIONS

2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector
Familiarity with basic design principals and modular furniture planning
