With your previous experience in leading leaders, you have a proven track record in directing and developing IKEA retailing in the market and ensuring alignment with the IKEA’s vision, business strategy, P&C strategy, and Retail Direction. You have also demonstrated your ability to strengthen the competitive position by building a strong company brand position and co-developing the Market Growth Plan and the Market Commercial Plan, providing input on local priorities.
What you'll need to have
To be considered for this role you must fulfil the following requirements:
• Experience driving commercial growth across all channels within a market.
• Forward-thinking professional who is excited about optimizing operations and developing leaders in a people-centric organization.
• Previous experience as a Market Manager preferred, not mandatory.
