We are seeking an experienced Product Team Lead to drive our HR technology initiatives and align with IKEA’s digital transformation program across 30+ countries, delivering impactful, integrated solutions on a global scale.

As the Product Team Lead, you will direct the product vision and manage a team product specialist, product owners, and senior product owners. This role is essential to advancing IKEA’s product-led approach, particularly within our HR technology landscape. You will collaborate closely with a vital digital transformation program, ensuring cohesive and impactful solutions that empower IKEA’s workforce worldwide.

Key Qualifications:

• Experience: 10+ years in product management, ideally within HR technology and with a strong understanding of global system integration.
• Techno-Functional Expertise: Proven ability to deliver in a techno-functional role, including designing and managing integrations across multiple systems.
• Agile & Data-Driven Mindset: Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and data analytics, with hands-on experience in A/B testing.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Exceptional skills in managing cross-cultural, international stakeholders and in communicating product strategy across functions and geographies.
• Leadership Excellence: Ability to lead through ambiguity, uniting the team with a blend of strategic vision and exceptional execution skills.

Your responsibilities
• Collaborate with Digital Transformation Program: Align product initiatives with IKEA’s ongoing digital transformation across 30 countries, ensuring a seamless integration of HR technology solutions into the broader program.
• Global Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage relationships with stakeholders across the estate, maintaining alignment on product goals, requirements, timelines, and progress.
• Strategic & Operational Solutioning: Drive the planning and execution of product strategies that meet both technical and functional needs, building and integrating systems to support IKEA’s Workforce Management goals
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering teams (in house and external), Project Leads, Change Management teams and Process teams to orchestrate product releases, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Impact Ownership: Champion data-driven decisions, leveraging A/B testing and other metrics to optimize product impact and drive continuous improvement.
• Champion Product-Led Culture: Lead the organization’s shift to a product-led culture, fostering an Agile mindset and empowering team members to take ownership.
• Team Leadership & Development: Lead all aspects of team performance, from goal setting to reviews, fostering a supportive environment that encourages development and high performance.
