Job description
About the job
Responsible as part of the goods flow team for the completion of goods flow processes in
the most efficient, commercial and safest way possible. I develop and use my knowledge and
experience of IKEA operations, including the IKEA tools and expertise of colleagues in the goods
flow team to achieve the highest level of availability of products in good condition at the lowest
total cost.
Your assignment
- Work according to the inventory routine, in order to maximize stock accuracy and achieve product availability for the customers.
- Contribute daily to the agreed goals of the action plan, as well as being involved in the goal setting process.
- Required to operate pallet jack to move heavy articles
Qualification
Your profile
- You are able to work under pressure in a fast paced and dynamic warehouse logistics environment
- You are energetic and physically fit and enjoy hands on physical work
- You are customer service oriented and a team player who is motivated and committed with a strong sense of responsibility.
- You are able to commit to working on rotating shifts including on weekends and public holidays
