• Minimum of 5 years' experience working in administration
• Ability to multi-task and manage processes
• Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience working with Senior Management preferred
• Experience creating Power Point presentations for various audiences
• Experience in creating and tracking administrative processes

What you'll be doing day to day

• Performs reception duties, including telephone and in-person interaction with customers, suppliers, visitors, and coworkers. Ensures adherence to Ingka’s access control policies regarding co-workers and visitors.
Assists in the administrative duties associated with the onboarding of new co-workers
• Performs bookkeeping duties (i.e., timber settlements, purchase order coding, invoice review and coding).
• Creates, updates and maintains office processes, including but not limited to ordering issuing recreational licenses and ensuring correct payments where applicable.
• Provides ad hoc support to the Forestland District Team Leader for, i.e. creation of Power Point Presentations, Excel workbooks, etc.
• Prepares, distributes, and manages contracts for various services. Maintains vendor insurance records to verify proper coverage and ensure correct payments.

The pay range for this position is: $19.19-$22.07
