    • You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Catering, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • You are passionate about food, customer experience, and creating a better everyday life for the many people with IKEA.
    • You are eager to learn about food operations, retail business, and store functionality through hands-on experience.
    • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and people-centric environment while collaborating with diverse teams.
    • You are proactive, adaptable, and willing to take ownership of tasks and projects.
    • You demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
    • You are curious to explore different business functions and grow professionally in a dynamic retail environment.

    Your responsibilities

    • Participate in a 6-month internship program designed to provide practical exposure to IKEA Food and related business functions.
    • Support daily store and office operations while learning how IKEA delivers a great customer and food experience.
    • Gain hands-on exposure across functions such as Food, Commercial, and Operations based on business requirements and your interests.
    • Collaborate with co-workers and leaders to understand operational processes, customer interactions, and ways of working at IKEA.
    • Take ownership of an assigned project aligned to your strengths, learning goals, and business needs.
    • Contribute ideas and support initiatives that improve operational efficiency, teamwork, and customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, and a willingness to learn throughout the internship journey.
