    책임과 의무

    • Work closely with the Bathroom team to deliver a positive shopping experience for customers.
    • Contribute to and support all Bathroom-related marketing and in-store activities to proactively drive sales, in collaboration with the HFB Manager.
    • Support the effective implementation of range changes.
    • Assist the HFB Manager in ensuring co-workers understand the IKEA concept and how it applies to their roles.
    • Train and support co-workers on ISELL-related tasks to build a knowledgeable and competent team that meets customer needs and expectations.
    • Maintain accurate records of technical modules and ISELL training completed by each co-worker.
    • Coach and mentor co-workers through the ISELL training programme.
    • Collaborate with and support other functions by sharing knowledge to present the range in the most commercially effective and profitable way.
