    • Present and communicate the IKEA home furnishing offer with strong visual impressions that exceed visitors’ expectations.
    • Lead a team of Visual Merchandising/Activity Co-workers in creating relevant, inspiring, affordable and commercial range presentation solutions that reflect a wide variety of styles, price levels, meet many individual tastes and exceed visitor's expectations.
    • Use the layout as a commercial tool and execute range presentation solutions with high quality, simplicity, cost-effectiveness and efficiency by applying national directions and using global tools and best practices.

    TOGETHER AS A TEAM

    • Support the Com&In team in securing high quality carpentry and paintwork throughout the store in a simple, safe, cost-effective and efficient way.
    • Use knowledge of people’s life at home, range presentation and the IKEA visual identity to support the Com&In team in presenting and communicating the IKEA product range.
    • Prioritise the work to meet the needs and expectations of store visitors and minimise disruption when working on the shop floor.
