Job description
An "Easy Buying Manager" at IKEA is a customer-focused role within the Customer Relations team, essentially managing the process for customers returning or exchanging items (the "easy buying" process), ensuring a smooth, positive experience by resolving issues, handling returns efficiently, and upholding IKEA's standards for customer satisfaction, often requiring flexibility with weekends and holidays.
- Customer Experience: Making the returns/exchanges process (easy buying) fun, easy, and enjoyable.
- Issue Resolution: Quickly solving problems and addressing customer complaints.
- Teamwork: Working with all teams to meet IKEA's goals.
- Operational Support: Handling returns and exchanges according to store procedures.
Qualification
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is required.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills, with a patient and collaborative approach.
- Demonstrated strength in problem-solving and sound decision-making.
