    We are now looking for two Real Estate Management Leaders (hard services and soft services) that will secure operational excellence by optimizing processes, improving performance, and leading projects and initiatives that contribute to company goals.
    You will also develop and adapt standards for facility and property management to deliver safe, compliant, sustainable, innovative, and cost-efficient solutions — all aligned with business needs and Real Estate objectives across the country.

    • Academic degree in property management or facility management
    • Experience within Facility Management, property management or a related field
    • Experience in a multi- site, global and complex organization preferably in high-volume retail or commercial real estate
    • Able to see the bigger picture and collaborate beyond your own area of expertise to drive shared goals
    • Ability to lead change within your area of expertise, taking full ownership from initiation to implementation — ensuring ideas are not only started but successfully delivered
    • Someone who loves solving problems and brings structure to complexity
    • Strong analytical mindset and passion for continuously improving processes
    • Fluent in Swedish and English

    As a Real Estate Management Leader, you will…
    • Provide leadership, support, and guidance to properties and projects being responsible for executing Real Estate operations, maintenance & management activities
    • Responsible for sharing knowledge and best practice
    • Lead the implementation, communication and evaluation of initiatives, property and facility management practices in collaboration with Group Real Estate Center of Expertise
    • Contribute to goal setting and budgeting for the country, supporting both long-term and short-term business plans. Supporting in cost control by promoting lean, simple and cost-conscious practices, efficiency and sustainability potentials
    • Within your area of expertise implement and maintain standards, guidelines, methods, tools and innovative solutions to ensure efficient operation of the properties

This allows them to focus on their core business. And together we help create a better everyday life for the many people! Within Workplace Services, about 100 co-workers currently work with restaurants, reception, office services, transportation, events, archives, security and more
