    • WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • University degree and 4 years of related experience, or minimum 8 years of related experience

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • Guide and execute operational requirements to deliver and manage all aspects of facilities management in assigned Meeting Places.
    • Manage developing and maintaining a comprehensive Meeting Place risk profile, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver processes and activities that mitigate risks.
    • Oversee and manage collaborating with stakeholders to build knowledge and understanding of core operations that support the achievement of operational goals and objectives.
    • Coach, lead, motivate, inspire and develop a team of co-workers, ensuring that all teams understand the overall vision, direction, delivery process and responsibilities for assigned initiatives. Identify team and individual goals and objectives, monitoring progress and implementing performance improvement solutions.
