What you'll need to have

Salary Range: $84,868.00-$123,418.00

What you'll be doing day to day
•Act as a member of the Marketing team and proactively contributes to marketing plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
•Supports stores in their specific local marketing needs, within the scope of local marketing goals and objectives.
•Works cross-functionally with HF&RD (Home Furnishing & Retail Design) and Communications colleagues in the implementation of marketing campaigns.
•Evaluates the performance of marketing campaigns during and after execution in order to identify improvement areas.
•Actively cooperates with all key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact.
•Contributes to the integrated multichannel executions/output of the function in order to contribute to the business goals.
•Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA.
•Supports all initiatives within and outside commercial that are on the agreed communication plan (e.g. promote home solar).
