    Job description

    About the Job 

    As part of the store logistics team, this role ensures that logistics equipment is safe, well maintained, and ready for use across inbound, outbound, and recovery operations acting as Warehouse Equipment & Safety Specialist. You will secure equipment availability through maintenance planning, condition analysis, and replacement planning, while supporting co-workers with guidance and basic troubleshooting to enable a smooth and safe goods flow.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee all logistics equipment across Inbound, Outbound, and Recovery operations
    • Inspect, analyze, and assess the condition and readiness of material handling equipment (MHE) such as forklifts, pallet trucks, reach trucks, scissor lifts, and warehouse equipment
    • Plan and control preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment availability and operational readiness
    • Evaluate equipment lifecycle and develop replacement and procurement plans, including budget planning
    • Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to reduce downtime and increase efficiency
    • Provide guidance and basic training to operations teams on proper and safe equipment usage
    • Perform basic troubleshooting and first-line maintenance to restore equipment to operational condition
    • Coordinate with external service providers, suppliers, and contractors for equipment maintenance and spare parts
    • Ensure compliance with company standards related to safety, health, and operational requirements

    Qualification
    • Experience in logistics equipment, warehouse operations, forklifts, or material handling equipment (MHE)
    • Basic maintenance and troubleshooting knowledge
    • Strong understanding of warehouse and logistics processes
    • Ability to analyze equipment performance and maintenance needs
    • Experience with forklift brands or large-scale warehouse operations is an advantage
    • Thai nationality only
