IKEA Nottingham are looking to welcome Sales Assistants.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be: 10th November.
• Competitive hourly rate of £12 per hour.
• 8 hours weekly, weekend only
• We can discuss flexibility to match your life and our business needs during the interview.
• Working between the hours of 7:30am - 9:30pm, approx.. 4 hours daily.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• You place the customer at the forefront, ensuring they feel valued and supported in every interaction.
• You are self-driven, make clear decisions, and consistently take the initiative.
• You prioritize and organize tasks effectively to maximize efficiency, maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• IT literate, willingness to use IT tools & equipment.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• You deliver an outstanding shopping experience by proactively engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and recommending the best home solutions.
• You are enthusiastic about the product range.
• You help boost sales by keeping your area tidy, well-stocked, accurately priced, and attractively displayed. Some tasks may require heavy lifting.
• The use of pump trucks and manual handling, also the use of ladders.
