Here at Milton Keynes we are looking to welcome a Food Team Leader to join our fantastic food team.

Expected start date: 9th November 2024

WHAT WE OFFER
Salary - from £26,454 depending on experience.
39 hours working 5 out of 7 days and every 2nd weekend off.

Due to Health & Safety regulations, applicants must be over the age of 18.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
We are looking for someone to help us deliver a taste of Sweden and a great customer experience with high quality, sustainable food. Experience leading and working in a fast pace retailing environment is essential.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
As a Food Team Leader you will work with your team to create a safe, healthy, sustainable, and joyful food experience for both the customer and the co-worker.

. Lead and build the competence of the team through regular coaching, support and encouragement
• You will be responsible for ensuring your area of responsibility is clean, attractive, and inviting. You also ensure our products are always in perfect condition and correctly priced.
• Being passionate about the food we serve and sell, and actively learn about it and share your knowledge with customers and colleagues.
• Promoting a safety-first culture, as well as coach others in ensuring routines and requirements are known and followed in all daily work.
