About the job
As a Digital Product Specialist, you have knowledge of ServiceNow, specifically in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM modules, and a key focus on Service Portfolio Management and frameworks such as CSDM and SLM. Your analytical expertise will translate strategic goals into actionable, tactical agendas within the organization's capability framework. You will be part of the Digital Product Team of Service Management & Operations, consisting of IT Practice Leaders, Business Analysts and Digital Product Leader(s). Together with the Digital Product Leader you are at the heart of this journey, contributing to enable processes through the product vision and roadmap.
By working closely with our SM&O network and stakeholders across Inter IKEA Group directly, you will be heavily contributing to our objectives in our complex and dynamic IT Landscape.
As a Digital Product Specialist, you will be accountable for:
Setting the development agenda, by performing analyses, managing communication and expectations with the core businesses. Championing the Digital Product Team assignments on a tactical level, connected to e.g. Product Roadmap, capacity, architecture blueprint, timelines, etc.
Participate in tactical and operational governance meetings, such as architecture forums, collaborating with e.g. Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects.
Participate and contribute to the development of Product roadmap, SM&O business capability model, Inter Ikea Product Management common framework and Information Management, for the purpose of portfolio activities
Supporting digital integration within Inter IKEA by combining core business processes, people, data, and technology.
Supporting and understanding the Technology Operating Model, Service Portfolio Management, CSDM modelling and SLM frameworks to enable the IT Practice Leaders to contribute to seamless business movements.
About you
To thrive in this role, you should bring proven experience as a Digital Product Specialist or in a similar role, possessing strong analytical skills capable of managing capacity. You will be supporting your colleagues towards clearly defined objectives in Service Management & Operations, with a keen desire to ensure excellent end-user experiences.
You will be engaged in capability development within our centralized digital product team, analysing complex IT landscapes and deriving insights supported by solid technology understanding to drive continuous development.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and pragmatic specialist of ServiceNow with strong willpower—someone curious and capable of building trustful relations between the service management community and stakeholders. It is vital that you have the credibility and track record of achieving set goals, combined with the energetic and supportive nature needed for IT and digital organizational activities.
You should possess a good understanding of current technologies, global trends, and recognize their potential impacts on IKEA. Your solid knowledge of IT governance frameworks should be apparent, demonstrating expertise with clarity and effective communication. Ideally, your experience spans dynamic and flexible environments with vast geographical coverage.
Your appreciation for home furnishing should shine through, enjoying purposeful business development by nurturing constructive relations with colleagues, stakeholders, and partners. To be successful in this role, the following knowledge, skills and experiences would be valuable:
Experience in digital product management or product ownership, ideally within ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM domains in a global enterprise environment.
Experience of working in agile/iterative development teams and with agile development practices.
Proven leadership in product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management (discovery, delivery, continuous improvement).
Experience working in a complex, global IT operations environment, balancing business needs, user experience, and technology feasibility.

More Information
This role is full-time (40-hours per week) and based in Delft or Malmö. This role sits in the Service Management & Operations organisation and reports to the Digital Product Manager.
