    JOB TYPE – Permanent
    HOURS - Full time, Mon-Fri with availability to flex to business needs
    The pay range for this role is $73,000-$95,029

    What you'll be doing day to day

    As a Facility Manager, supporting the distribution operations at our Distribution / Customer Fulfillment Center, you will:

    • Prioritize assignments and projects for the maintenance of the Customer Fulfillment Center, including grounds, silos, conveyors, and other technical components.
    • Create and maintain relationships with vendors and matrix partners.
    • Support Warehouse Operations team in managing the team and processes associated with routine PM of Power Equipment / Forklift Mechanic maintenance
    • Responsible for securing implementation of maintenance processes, computer systems, technologies, and ways of working in the unit.
    • Provide technical service in the partnership between Safety & Security, Operations, and Operations Support.
    • Secure compliance with Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs) for facilities and maintenance.
    • Responsible for leading, coaching and developing a high performing facilities team.

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, or Distribution
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of maintenance processes and technical issues associated with Distribution Centers.
    • Proficient with Microsoft office tools
    • Experience with change management.

    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
