For this role we believe you need to have proven training in People Administration or equivalent, minimum 1 years of experience within administration and in using digital tools to optimize efficiency.
• you are looking for a workplace that will allow you to make use of your proficiency in English,
• you are dedicated to contributing to a great co-worker experience for co-workers on short-term mobility assignments for expansion projects, and are keen on expanding your knowledge around global mobility processes within IKEA,
• you have great interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with freelancers, co-workers, line managers, local mobility, P&C BP’s and external vendors,
• you are flexible in switching activities; from handling administrative processes to jumping on a call to discuss an urgent matter from a co-worker,
• you have problem-solving skills and awareness of cultural considerations of co-workers from all over the world
• you are an approachable person with good interpersonal skills, and you communicate clearly and confidently.
• you are comfortable with digital tools and have analytical skills.
• you have prior knowledge of HR procedures, tools and working methods (recruitment, skills development, etc.).

A day in your life with us

• Manage and coordinate the end-to-end process of short-term mobility assignments,
• Draft and prepare service agreements for freelancers and project supporters
• Provide guidance and support to external vendors, co-workers, line managers, local mobility and P&C BP’s regarding project processes and requirements such as service agreements and travel booking,
• Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, such as relocation provider, accommodations, and travel agency
• Maintain accurate co-worker files related to mobility assignments
• Execute People & Culture administrative tasks in line with Service Level agreements including e.g. updating personnel files, people data compiling and administration, preparing contracts, scheduling, timekeeping, booking and coordinating People & Culture related travel, meetings and events
