Who you are

We are looking for someone who:
- Accomplishes goals, completes tasks and achieves results
- Develops virtual and other collaborative relationships to facilitate current and future objectives
- Shows natural curiosity looking for opportunities and interest in societal development within health and safety
- Has good understanding the local regulations such as Korea Occupational Health and Safety Act and Serious Accident Punishment Act and have experience to establish or implement Occupational Health and Safety management system directly.
- Has good knowledge and experience regarding corporate health and safety management programs that are modern, relevant and holistically focusing on the personal and professional health and safety of co-workers.
- Has experience to mediate the relationship between workers, employing entities, trade unions and the government.

What you'll be doing day to day

In this role your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Establish and drive the deployment of OHS policies and directives in the Company
- Serve as a matrix leader for the unit OHS teams, fostering a strong culture of safety across different units and departments.
- Develop and manage an Occupational Health & Safety system that meets all legal and INGKA standards while providing strategic oversight for national health and wellbeing in line with global, national, and local regulations.
- Partner with People & Culture team to devise innovative and meaningful workplace wellbeing strategy, programs, and initiatives.
- Perform Occupational Health & Safety audit and inspection to ensure workplace OHS risk control and legal compliance.
- Act as primary point of contact for health and wellbeing services and offerings and also coordinates on-site wellbeing events/activities for all units.
